We wanted to make registering for our conference as easy as possible, so we are providing two different methods to register and four different payment options.
If you register online, you may pay either online or by mail and likewise, if you register by mail you are welcome to pay online or send a check with your registration form. Please be aware that all online payments will incur a processing fee. (See "Payments" section)

Please be aware that there is a convenience fee involved in all online payments. If you do not wish to pay this additional amount you are welcome to send a check or money order through the mail.
